Yes you can. You can search for applicants, view applicants by job, create notes against applicants, update your Applicant Status field, send auto acknowledgement emails to applicants and much more.

Yes you can.  With every membership plan on SoftwareDevelopers you can create yes/no screening questions on each of your job ads.  These screening questions must be answered by the applicant when they apply.  For example, "Do you have 2 years experience with ASP.Net?".

Yes.  Your screening questions and the applicant's answers are emailed to you and stored online in your account.  Applications for your jobs are scored (eg 5/5) and sorted in order of best scores first.
